Supporting Districts Through Grant Writing
At EDU Leader by Design, we know the challenges that schools and districts face around funding. There are funding sources out there, but in the busy day-to-day, it is next to impossible to find time to do the research and write a grant that would support your school. Let us do the research and writing for you. We work closely with you and your staff to tell your story and develop a plan to meet your school's needs. We also will follow up to support accurate data collection to create follow-up reports to the granting agencies. Cost: a percentage of the grant award. No cost if the grant is not awarded.
Supporting Schools Through Leader Mentoring
We believe that educational leaders are at the center of success for staff and students. As such, the skills, knowledge and well-being of our building leaders are paramount to the success of our schools. Every leader has unique talents, skills and constraints that need to be recognized and developed. We can work with school districts to provide support and mentoring to new building leaders as they lead their students and staff to success. Cost: negotiated based on the duration and intensity of the mentoring.
